The terms that apply when you use sharp-biz.com or work with Sharp Biz LLC. Effective October 14, 2026.
These terms are between you and Sharp Biz LLC ("Sharp Biz", "we", "us"). By using sharp-biz.com or our services, you agree to them. If you work with us as a client, your written proposal or agreement also applies, and if it conflicts with these terms, the written agreement comes first.
Sharp Biz is a marketing agency. Depending on what a client agrees with us, our services can include managing advertising on Google and Meta, direct outreach to potential customers, tracking and reporting, CRM and workflow automation, and customer messaging, including WhatsApp. The descriptions on this website are general. The exact scope for each client is the one we agree in writing.
Our services depend on platforms we do not control, such as Meta, WhatsApp and Google. Their terms apply to your use of them. They can change their rules, reject ads or restrict accounts, and we are not responsible for those decisions.
When we run messaging for a client, the client is the owner of its conversations and the sender of its messages. We operate the inbox on the client's behalf, using the client's own number or account. Opt-out requests from people who write to the client are honored, and the client can disconnect its accounts from us at any time. Message and data rates from a person's carrier may apply.
If you give us your phone number, you agree that we may call or text you about your inquiry. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop receiving texts, or HELP for help.
Fees and payment terms are the ones agreed in writing with each client.
Marketing results depend on many things we do not control. The results and case studies on this website describe specific accounts and are examples, not promises that you will get similar results.
The content of this website, and the tools and methods we use, belong to Sharp Biz. Clients keep ownership of their accounts, their data and their materials, and give us permission to use them to provide the services.
How we handle information is described in our Privacy Policy, which is part of these terms.
This website and our services are provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we do not make other promises, express or implied, about them.
To the extent the law allows, Sharp Biz is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, such as lost profits or lost sales. Our total liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the fees the client paid us in the three months before the claim.
You can stop using this website at any time. A client or Sharp Biz can end the services as set out in their written agreement. When services end, we stop using the client's accounts and handle the client's data as described in our Privacy Policy.
We may update these terms. The new version will be posted here with a new effective date. If you keep using the website or services after that, you accept the update.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and of the state in which Sharp Biz LLC is registered, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
