How Sharp Biz LLC collects, uses and protects information on this website and when we run advertising, outreach and customer messaging for our clients. Effective October 14, 2026.
Sharp Biz LLC ("Sharp Biz", "we", "us") is a marketing agency. We run advertising, outreach, tracking and customer messaging for small businesses, which we call our clients. This policy covers sharp-biz.com and the services we provide. You can reach us at hello@sharp-biz.com.
If you fill in our Free Strategy Call form, we collect your name, email, phone number, business name, your monthly ad spend range and the reporting problem you choose, plus anything else you write to us.
We do not sell personal information.
When a client connects its WhatsApp Business account, or its Facebook or Instagram account, to our systems, we act as a service provider for that client. We receive the messages and phone numbers that the client's customers send, their profile names, and delivery status. We use this information only to run the inbox for that client: to read, answer and follow up on messages, and to report results to that client.
We do not sell this information, use it for our own advertising, share it with another client, or use it to train artificial intelligence models. The client decides what is connected and can disconnect it at any time. We handle this data in line with Meta's terms and policies, including the WhatsApp Business Terms of Service and the Meta Platform Terms.
We do not use advertising cookies or advertising pixels on this website. We store a random visitor ID in your browser's local storage. You can clear it at any time in your browser settings. This website also loads its fonts from Google Fonts, which means Google receives your IP address when the page loads.
We do not sell, rent or share mobile phone numbers or text message consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
If you give us your phone number, we may call or text you about your inquiry. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop receiving texts, or HELP for help.
We keep information for as long as we need it for the purposes above, then delete or anonymize it. For client conversations, we delete or return the data when the client ends the service or asks us to, unless the law requires us to keep it.
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and access limited to the people who need it. No system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
You can ask us to tell you what information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Write to hello@sharp-biz.com and we will reply within a reasonable time. If you are a customer of one of our clients, we process your information for that business, and we may direct your request to them.
To ask us to delete your data, including data we received through WhatsApp, Facebook or Instagram, follow the steps below. They are also on our data deletion page.
You can also remove our access from your Meta account at any time in your Meta account settings, under business integrations.
Our website and services are for businesses. They are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
We may update this policy. When we do, we will post the new version here and change the effective date at the top.
