Data deletion instructions

Who can use this page

• A customer who wrote to one of our clients' businesses on WhatsApp or Instagram. We hold those messages because we run the client's inbox.
• A client who connected a WhatsApp, Instagram or Facebook account to us.
• A visitor who filled in a form on sharp-biz.com.

How to request deletion

1. Send an email to hello@sharp-biz.com with the subject "Data deletion request".
2. Include your name and the email address, phone number or Instagram username you used, so we can find your records.
3. We will confirm by email and delete the data within 30 days.

What we delete

The messages, phone numbers or usernames, profile names and delivery information linked to you in our inbox and CRM, and any form you sent us. We keep only what the law requires us to keep.

If you are a customer of one of our clients

We process your messages for that business. We delete what we hold, and we may pass your request to the business so it can handle any copy it keeps on its own.

Remove our access from your account

You can also cut our access yourself at any time:

• Instagram: open Settings, then Apps and websites, and remove the app.
• WhatsApp and Facebook: remove the app in your Meta account settings, under business integrations, or ask us to disconnect it.
