When people write to a client's business on WhatsApp or Instagram, our team answers from one shared inbox, so no inquiry gets lost. This is part of the work we do for our clients. We do not sell it as software.
Many customers would rather send a message than fill in a form or make a call. For each client, we connect the client's own business accounts, such as a WhatsApp Business number and an Instagram professional account, to a shared inbox that our team runs on the client's behalf. Replies go out from the client's own account and number, so the customer is still talking to the client's business.
The client owns the account, the number and the conversations. We operate the inbox for them.
We ask only for what the inbox needs:
The messages customers send, their phone numbers or Instagram usernames, their profile names and delivery status. We use it only to run the inbox for that client. We do not sell it, use it for our own advertising, share it with another client, or use it to train artificial intelligence models. Our Privacy Policy explains the details, and the data deletion page explains how to ask us to delete your data.
No. Customer messaging is part of the service we provide to clients who work with us. We do not sell the inbox, or access to it, as a separate product.
Yes. The account and the number stay the client's. Customers keep writing to the same account they always did.
The client, and the people at Sharp Biz who run the inbox for that client. Conversations from one client are never shown to another.
We disconnect the accounts and stop using them. We then delete or return the client's conversation data, as described in our Privacy Policy.
